Shipping and Return Policies

Mysticmementos.com ships via the US postal service, FedEx, and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services for your location and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart.

Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Unless specified we will ship your purchase the most economical way.

Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours if items are available. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

Address Changes: An additional $14.00 charge will be applied for a change of address, or location change after the order ships (per box).

Back Order Policy:  When an item is put on backorder, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However, if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them.

Information on our website is updated daily and will always be the most current information available.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date. Be sure to keep an eye on the "New Items" category of our website, as we constantly bring in new items to replace those we have discontinued.


Return Policy: First let me say “Thank you”, for your purchase and I hope you have contacted the support team at support@mysticmementos.com and let us know the problem.

We want you to be happy and if we can make it right, we will. Therefore, if you have not done so then please contact us asap.

If you still are in need of a refund the following outlines the process.

Send us the product, your written request with what the problem was, and we will refund your money less any shipping and handling fees, we were charged.

It is a loss for us but what we really want is to provide you with the product you were excited about when you found it here.

Mysticmementos.com accepts returned items that are in resalable condition purchased less than 3 months ago. Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in a resalable condition. Discontinued and/or clearance items are non-refundable and will not be credited. Although we may offer store credit if possible.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee.  Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, etc.) will be the responsibility of Mysticmementos.com

We do not accept returns of the following items once opened, this includes: oils,



             bath items,


           earrings, or anything sealed.

Return items with all documentation, original parts, and packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs (both the shipping that you paid to get the order and any shipping to return items.) 

Please have your return pre-authorized preferably within 14 days of the day your order is delivered (based on shipper delivery confirmation information). All returns must be pre-authorized and include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).

To request an RMA #, please contact our Returns Department via e-mail at support@mysticmementos.com within the allotted period of receiving your order. Please be sure to explain the reason for your return and what items are being returned to us. We will respond with an RMA # that you must write on the outside of your return package.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. We may also offer you store credit. Refunds are usually made within 5-7 business days after we receive the return and confirm the item's condition. Mystic Mementos shall issue a credit to your credit card account within 1 billing cycle.

Return/Damage Policy: Contact us at support@mysticmementos.com with the following information: Invoice number, Who Picked, Who Packed, was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip if damaged please include a picture (please no zip files).

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
